Audrey Totter is delivering Christmas Joy


I stole this pic from Jenifer's twitter account.  I figured that in the spirit of the season, she'd want to share.

Here we see Audrey Totter atop some sort of motorcycle/ moped be-decked for the season and lugging around a sack full of toys she is, I assume, redistributing rather than showing off or hoarding.

    Sadly, I instantly recognized the beast. (The two wheeled vehicle, not Ms. Totter.) It is an early version of the Cushman Eagle. It was a poor man's version of a motorcycle, I believe using an engine borrowed from a reel type lawn mower.

    the only motorcycles I know from eras pre-1960ish are either German or Indians and I couldn't figure out what this thing could be.
